You can can­cel your order online before the book has been shipped. To ini­ti­ate the can­cel­la­tion process, you must sub­mit the can­cel­la­tion request with­in 12 hours of plac­ing the order. If your can­cel­la­tion request is received with­in this time­frame, your entire order amount will be refund­ed.

If you have paid for the order using Cred­it or Deb­it cards, the refund­ed amount will be returned to the pay­ment mode/account that was orig­i­nal­ly used to make the trans­ac­tion. Please note that it may take 8–10 work­ing days to process the refund into your bank account. Work­ing days exclude Sat­ur­days, Sun­days, and oth­er bank hol­i­days.

For cus­tomers who have paid for the order using a Demand Draft (DD), you can noti­fy us of your can­cel­la­tion by send­ing an email or mak­ing a phone call. Please men­tion the account num­ber where you want the refund to be cred­it­ed. Addi­tion­al­ly, if you have made the pay­ment using a UPI (Uni­fied Pay­ments Inter­face), kind­ly pro­vide the rel­e­vant UPI details for pro­cess­ing the refund.

Please note that once your order has been can­celled, it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your account, depend­ing on the pay­ment method used.
