You can cancel your order online before the book has been shipped. To initiate the cancellation process, you must submit the cancellation request within 12 hours of placing the order. If your cancellation request is received within this timeframe, your entire order amount will be refunded.
If you have paid for the order using Credit or Debit cards, the refunded amount will be returned to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction. Please note that it may take 8–10 working days to process the refund into your bank account. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and other bank holidays.
For customers who have paid for the order using a Demand Draft (DD), you can notify us of your cancellation by sending an email or making a phone call. Please mention the account number where you want the refund to be credited. Additionally, if you have made the payment using a UPI (Unified Payments Interface), kindly provide the relevant UPI details for processing the refund.
Please note that once your order has been cancelled, it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on the payment method used.
